How to use anti-static dust-free cloth?
Anti-static dust-free cloth can effectively deal with the stains on the surface of electronic components and can also protect electronic components from static electricity. So what role does the dust-free cloth play in the dust-free workshop? In simple terms, there are two points, dustproof and antistatic.

1. Use dust-free gloves and masks when using and unpacking.
2. When cleaning, wrap the four sides of the dust-free cloth inside. Do not touch the surface of the object being wiped with the edge of the dust-free cloth
3. The dust-free cloth can be wiped with solvent or directly
4. The dust-free cloth should be kept flat and not rubbed during use. When moving and wiping, try to make the fiber of the cloth completely contact with the surface of the wipe. Make sure to wipe in the same direction, and do not repeat wiping back and forth.
5. When using high-end clean cloth, the inner packaging bag must be unpacked in a clean environment, and the packaging bag should be cleaned (especially the opening) before unpacking
Firstly: Soak in warm water before cleaning to ensure the removal of stains.
Secondly: Choose detergents with neutral pH for cleaning. In addition, if you want to remove stains more conveniently, the water is best heated properly. Never use bleaching agents because the fibers will become weak after cleaning.
Thirdly: After cleaning, it needs to be thoroughly rinsed with non-ionic pure water. Make sure that there is no residue on the polyester fiber clean cloth.
Fourthly: After cleaning, you can not iron or expose to the sun, which will damage the fiber structure in the clean cloth. If there is a dryer, it is best to use a hot air dryer to adjust to low temperature drying.
